I have been following blogs for over 15 years. I have also written blog posts for many of the companies I have worked for. So it only made sense that I finally (yes, I said finally) made the plunge and launched my own blog in 2015. So what will this blog be about? Good question.
This blog will be about leadership, transformation, inspiration, motivation, and change. It will be about my journey, and how I got here. It will be about a variety of topics, some that I think up after a week of trying to find solutions in the numerous challenges we all go through on a regular basis.
This blog will also be about the topics I love.
Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Insights
Now, there are some great Digital Marketing blogs out there, many of them like Mitch Joel’s Six Pixels of Separation, Avinash Kaushik’s Occam’s Razor, Seth Godin’s blog, Alaa Hassan’s Passion Tribe, just to name a couple. But what I plan to do is combine Digital Marketing with the ever-growing, ever-challenging and ever-fun filled field of Ecommerce. Throw in some Social Media, Website optimization, and real-life examples of tactics that have passed and failed, and we have ourselves my blog…that above all else, I hope you enjoy.
What Makes This Blog Unique?
Working with large multi-channel retailers in the B2C space, as well as startups and large and small B2B players, has given me a well-rounded knowledge-base that I want to share. I will also be very transparent about my experiences, thoughts, and stances. I will let my passion for this industry come out in my blog. But in order for this blog to be as successful as I hope it to be, I need you to do the following:
- Feel free to send me topics you want to read or know more about
- Add your comments to the posts so we can create an engaging community
- Drop me a line in the contact page anytime you need something or have a question
- Follow this blog or ping me on the social channels found on the footer of this website
- Let me know when or if you want to guest blog. It can be a great way to get your feet wet before taking the actual plunge. Also helps to have different points of view on various topics.
- And say hello if we ever get the chance to cross path’s at a conference.
Thanks for visiting, and enjoy!
